Accountability
The Toronto Port Authority is governed by the terms of the Canada Marine Act. Within that, the TPA has developed policies and procedures to operate effectively.
The TPA publishes its audited financial statements annually, and reports on executive travel and hospitality expenses quarterly.
Management and human resources policies; airport procedures as well as port and marina operating rules; and summary of completed Access to Information requests are published in this site.
